Arquivo ou lista que registra, versão por versão, as mudanças feitas em um projeto: novidades, correções e remoções.
Onde usar
'Olha o changelog antes de atualizar a biblioteca' para saber se há breaking changes. Costuma ficar em um arquivo CHANGELOG.md.
